Poncha da Imperatriz is an exquisite space in the Savoy Galleries, carefully designed by Nini Andrade da Silva Atelier, which uses wood, animal print, geometric patterns, wicker, classic elements and a unique element - the hanging charrette.
Poncha da Imperatriz is divided into two spaces - the bar and the restaurant.  The bar opened in 2022 and at the end of 2023 we decided to expand and give birth to the restaurant. 

The spaces are comfortable and we always have room for one more.  Don't be intimidated by the giant wine racks and the high ceilings. The cushions will make you want to stay with us all night to enjoy a drink or indulge in one of our dishes specially prepared by our Executive Chef. 

We make a point of using the best local ingredients to make all our dishes. We start with the traditional bolo do caco, which leaves your mouth watering, the caprese salad surprises you with its variety of cheeses and the ovos rotos make you believe you're in Spain. While we're on the subject of countries, how about a trip to Italy? Our linguini nero with prawns makes you say "Perfetto!". If you like a good risotto, you won't want to miss our selection: mushrooms with truffle oil, pumpkin with gorgonzola, prawns and seaweed with dehydrated mushrooms.

The fish and meat are the masters of the house, fresh, quality, well cooked and always ready to surprise you. Between grilled prawns and grilled ribeye there's no room for doubt, they're equally tasty and a sure bet. You can't miss out on our chocolate charrette, made with a special touch and eager to make anyone fall in love with it.
And to accompany this marvellous dinner, don't forget to top it off with a bottle of wine. We have an extensive wine list with over 180 references from the Alentejo, Bairrada, Dão, Douro, Madeira and even international wines.

Don't finish without trying our wide variety of ponchas. We have pescador, regional, tangerine, passion fruit and the ex-libris of the house, poncha da Imperatriz. If you prefer, sparkling wines and champagnes are always a good option to end a meal, celebrate a small victory or a special moment. The range is extensive and 100 per cent available to you.

The cocktail menu is also extremely rich and will give you inexplicable sensations, leaving you wanting to try one every day.
